The Origin of Su Casa
In the Beginning
During our 20’s, the restaurant industry taught us that working hard, being kind, and taking time to travel is a great recipe for a fulfilling life. When we decided to open our own homes to visiting travelers seeking the same local experiences that have kept us here since we were kids, we learned that there were a lot of similarities.
The Moment of Truth
During the pandemic, as the restaurant industry left us worried about our future in the industry, we decided to take a leap of faith, and started building a business plan for a short-term-rental management company guided by the principles that earned us a combined 4.99 rating on AirBNB and VRBO; provide memorable guest experiences through friendly, honest communication and offer something more than just a place to sleep.

Our 50+ combined years of experience in hospitality include opening, managing and branding and our influence can be found in some the area's most notable brands, including Big Oyster, Crooked Hammock, The Developing Artist Collaboration, Taco Reho, Grain, Fork + Flask, Claws and The Big Chill.
